Two Oregon women are facing felony charges for allegedly stealing a car and jewelry that belonged to a Mouseketeer found dead in April.
Wanda Garcia and Lori Declusin are accused of swiping original “Mickey Mouse Club” member Dennis Day’s white 1990s Ford Escort station wagon, the Mail Tribune reported.
Garcia is also charged with taking a brooch that belonged to Day and selling it last July — less than a week after he was last seen alive.
Declusin, 34, of White City, was arrested Wednesday and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Garcia, 57, of Medford, was busted Thursday.
Day, 76, was discovered dead in his Phoenix, Oregon home in April following a months-long missing person investigation.
State police said he “uncharacteristically” left his dog with a friend prior to disappearing.
The remains were confirmed as Day’s earlier this month.
Day was 12 years old when he inked a deal with Disney in 1955 and appeared on the show for two years.
Declusin was released from custody while Garcia was held on $15,000 bail, the Mail Tribune reported.
