2020 ACC Tournament Cancel Due To COVID-19

A fluid situation in the 2020 ACC Tournament has been spiral. The ACC has canceled the 2020 ACC Tournament because of complications and worries using COVID-19 (coronavirus). On Wednesday the league declared that fans wouldn’t longer be permitted into the stadium; sooner in the afternoon on Thursday, ACC Commissioner John Swofford said the league could, in reality, continue play.

Elsewhere around the school basketball world, however, several other notable leagues chose to cancel their championships, including the Big Ten, SEC and AAC.
