Chelsea agree to spend 120 million euros to get Ronaldo
The exception is English club Chelsea. They are making news and rumors of one faction change after another in the COVID-19 period.
Chelsea will also sign Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. Spain’s top news outlet Marca has reported on the possibility of a change of party, citing the global press.
Chelsea has agreed to spend 120 million euros to get Ronaldo to Stamford Bridge. Ronaldo’s current club Juventus will be offered the big deal before the end of the current season.
It was thought that Ronaldo’s market price could go down as he reached the age of 35. But after the rumor of such a big amount from Chelsea, that idea will no longer last. On the contrary, if any other team wants to take Ronaldo, they have to take the same amount or more.
It is worth mentioning that Ronaldo left Real Madrid in 2018 and signed for Juventus for 117 million Euros. He has previously played one season for his hometown club Sporting Lisbon, six for English club Manchester United and nine for Spanish club Real Madrid.
