Cricket will be closed for next five years: Shoaib Akhtar

Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar is not likely to find a chunk from the cricket field a year ago because of coronavirus. However, Rawalpindi Express doesn’t find the chance of the World Cup occurring in tough conditions.

In a meeting, Shoaib stated, India-Australia does not appear to be a much-awaited series. I believe there’s not any prospect of cricket the next year. It does not seem like the Twenty20 World Cup will be.

A couple of days before, Shoaib Akhtar suggested a three-match India-Pakistan ODI series to raise cash for the coroner relief involving India and Pakistan. Kapil explained it isn’t feasible to come to the cricket field in the subsequent six months. Shoaib is currently singing to Kapil, stating that next year won’t be cricket.
