Collins, 41, believes he contracted the illness once he attended the Brooklyn Nets Pleasure Day game on March 4 and also generated his 1st symptoms a week after.
Collins, who played with 8 of his 13 seasons in the NBA with the Nets, said he acquired a”horrible headache,” cough and fever, and is now self-quarantining at home.
“I went into the ER and obtained examined and talked with a few docs regarding the tightness in my chest. I am real now resting but still restricting some stimulation and may return again to the clinic after nowadays. On Saturday my lungs were clear, which of course is great,” Collins tweeted Tuesday.
