OFC Women’s Nations Cup 2022: Schedule, TV Coverage and group Info

The 2022 OFC Women’s Nations Cup will take place from 13th till 20th July 2022 in Fiji. The tournament will serve as Oceania’s qualifiers for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand won’t participate because they have already qualified automatically for the World Cup as a co-host.
Nine teams will compete in the OFC Women’s Nations Cup 2022, In Group A, Polynesian rivals Tonga, Cook Islands, and Samoa will face off. Group B will see the highest-ranked nation Papua New Guinea aim to fend off the challenge of Tahiti and Vanuatu while, in Group C, hosts Fiji will take on New Caledonia and the Solomon Islands.

2022 OFC Women’s Nations Cup Schedule
The first match will be held on 13th July 2022, Samoa will play against Tonga at ANZ Stadium. The format of the tournament will involve a first round with nine teams playing three groups of three, with the top two in each group plus the two best third-place teams advancing to the quarterfinals. Fiji was picked to be the host in April 2022.
