Who is in the Rocket Mortgage Classic field?
In addition to recent champions Woodland and Reavie, a couple of golfers ranked among the top 20 in the world will join the field: Dustin Johnson (No. 2) and Rickie Fowler (No. 13). Kevin Kisner, who is ranked No. 17 in FedExCup Standings, will look to improve his place among golf’s best, while former Masters champions Bubba Watson and Patrick Reed and perennial top-10 finishers Hideki Matsuyama and Brandt Snedeker all look for their first win of 2019.

Rocket Mortgage Classic purse, winnings
The purse for the tournament comes in at $7.3 million, with the winner fetching $1,314,000 of that total. Compared to last week’s Travelers Championship, the Rocket Mortage Classic features a purse that is $100,000 larger, which definitely doesn’t hinder the intrigue of playing this weekend.
Rocket Mortgage Classic betting odds
Johnson’s status in the sport makes him the understandable betting favorite, even if his recent showings haven’t been the best. The oddsmakers also like Matsuyama – who has four top-10 finishes in 2019. If you want to ride the hot hand, keep an eye on Reavie. In addition to his victory at the Travelers, he also finished in the top five at the U.S. Open.
