Shakib Al Hasan changes mind on 2022 South Africa tour

Shakib Al Hasan changes mind

A question has been circulating for a long time, whether Shakib is big or BCB. Once again, the board had to respect Shakib's decision. As the previous day selector Abdur Razzak said, the board has no power to remove Shakib. That means Shakib will stay on holiday or play if he wants.

The drama about Shakib Al Hasan's tour of South Africa has come to an end. Arriving at Sher-e-Bangla in Mirpur on Saturday, he and BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon said Shakib was leaving for Africa on Sunday. The BCB president also criticized the media for publishing news about 'Sakib Natak' which took place in the last few days. However, on March 7, he himself criticized Shakib extensively.

Shakib Al Hasan changes mind

Before leaving for Dubai, Shakib told the media at the airport on Sunday that he was not in the physical and mental condition to play cricket at the moment. He also said that visiting South Africa in this situation would betray the country and its allies.

Shakib told a joint news conference with BCB president Nazmul Hasan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Saturday that he had changed his mind. From now on, he will always be available in three editions for Bangladesh, starting from this tour of South Africa. He will fly to South Africa on Sunday night.

Bangladesh cricket team is going to South Africa in 5 parts

First two, then three. Now the Bangladesh national cricket team is going to South Africa divided into five parts. Earlier, on Friday morning, March 11, four cricketers Nazmul Hossain Shant, Ebadat Hossain, Yasir Ali Rabbi and Nasum Ahmed along with four officials left Dhaka for South Africa.

The next convoy left the country at 11 pm on Saturday. The third fleet flew to South Africa from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Saturday morning.

Don't think that this is the end. The national team will go to South Africa in two more parts. Media manager Rabid Imam, new national team fielding coach Shaun McDermott and a BCB doctor will travel to South Africa on Sunday morning, March 13.

Shakib Al Hasan will fly alone on Sunday night. If Shakib is caught, the national team is going to South Africa divided into 5 parts.
